私隱政策｜ExamPack

本應用程式「ExamPack」（Bundle ID：com.nattoai.exampack）由 NATTO TECHNOLOGY LIMITED（下稱「我們」）提供，協助香港中學文憑試（HKDSE）學習者複習。本政策說明我們如何處理與應用程式及網站相關的資料。

我們收集的資料

• 電郵地址：用於一次性驗證碼（OTP）登入／建立學習帳戶。我們不會把電郵用作行銷名單。
• 學習進度：科目解鎖狀態、大綱主題熟練度等，與你的帳戶一併儲存於我們的伺服器，以便換機後繼續使用。
• 購買紀錄：若你透過網頁 Stripe 解鎖科目，或透過 App Store／Google Play 內購，支付細節由支付服務商處理；我們只保存解鎖／權益所需的最少紀錄（例如訂單或收據識別碼），不會取得你的完整信用卡號碼。

裝置權限

若應用程式要求相機或相簿，只會在你主動使用相關功能時請求，影像不會用於廣告追蹤。你可以在系統設定中撤回權限。

我們不會做的事

• 不出售你的個人資料。
• 不加入第三方廣告 SDK，也不使用廣告識別碼作跨 App 追蹤。
• 公開頁面與商店聯絡不會展示開發者個人電郵；請使用下方支援電郵或商店產品支援頁。

資料保存與刪除

帳戶與學習資料會保存至你要求刪除或帳戶不再需要為止。若要刪除帳戶或相關資料，請電郵 support@learnerful.com，我們會在合理期間內處理。

第三方

我們可能使用雲端託管、電郵傳送、以及 Stripe／Apple／Google 等支付或商店服務。該等服務按其自身私隱政策處理資料。

兒童

ExamPack 主要供中學階段考生使用。我們不會明知而向 13 歲以下兒童收集個人資料。

變更

若產品變更影響本政策，我們會更新本頁日期與內容，並在適用情況下更新商店私隱標籤。

ExamPack (com.nattoai.exampack) helps learners revise for the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE). This policy explains how we handle data for the app and related site.

Data we collect

• Email for one-time passcodes (OTP) to sign in. We do not use your email as a marketing list.
• Study progress (subject unlocks, topic mastery) stored with your account so you can continue on another device.
• Purchase records needed for entitlements when you unlock via Stripe on the web or in-app purchase via Apple/Google. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not by us in full.
